Global renewable energy group Nofar Energy has appointed Ella Raychman-Zucker as Chief Executive Officer of its European operations, strengthening its leadership as it grows in key international markets.
In her new role, Raychman-Zucker will oversee all of Nofar’s activities in Europe. Her responsibilities include shaping business strategy, managing and improving the current investment portfolio, growing the company’s footprint across the region, and widening funding sources for its European projects.
Raychman-Zucker earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, followed by a Master’s in Financial Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University. She brings more than 15 years of experience in senior management and finance roles.
Before joining Nofar, she served for over a decade as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Vivion Investments, a pan-European commercial real estate firm with assets of about €5 billion. At Vivion, she helped shape the company’s business strategy, managed investor relations, and led major capital market activities.
In 2019, she guided Vivion into the international capital markets for the first time. She later led several large equity and debt transactions worth billions of euros, working with institutional investors and funds from Europe, Asia, and the United States. She also managed multiple mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, disposals, and value-creation deals across Europe.
Earlier in her career, Raychman-Zucker headed the Complex Finance department at KPMG Somekh Chaikin.
Ofer Yannay, CEO and controlling shareholder of Nofar Energy, said the company is building a strong leadership team and sees major opportunities in the global energy sector. He added that Raychman-Zucker will help bring Nofar’s European businesses under one unified platform.
