Club Med has named Nui Jirasakstaporn as the new MICE business development manager for the Pacific. As the company continues to expand its group travel and events business in the region.

Jirasakstaporn has more than ten years of experience at Club Med and knows the brand, its products, and travel partners well. She began her career with the company in 2013 as a Call Centre Travel Experience Designer, where she became known for her strong service skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

In 2019, she became a call centre supervisor, leading teams and making sure they met Club Med’s service standards. In 2025, she joined the Meetings and Events division, motivated by her interest in organizing group experiences and seeing how they affect people and businesses.

Jirasakstaporn joins the MICE team following Tomasina Boone’s internal appointment as omnichannel manager. Club Med Pacific general manager and new ESAP Markets head Michelle Davies said Jirasakstaporn’s experience and strong industry relationships make her a valuable addition to the team.

Davies noted that Club Med’s MICE segment is experiencing significant growth, with bookings for 2026 already 110% higher than before. She also pointed out that the new Club Med South Africa Beach & Safari, opening in July, will include the company’s first purpose-built conference center.

Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Jirasakstaporn has a strong passion for travel. She said she looks forward to supporting travel partners and clients with the same care and energy she has shown throughout her career, now focused on MICE and group travel experiences across the Pacific.
