Ms Pallavi Ghosh, aged 27 years and Ms Aditi Ghosh, aged 25 years, are two young professionals from PHI Learning Private Limited who will represent the organisation in the Indian delegation to participate in the 35th International Publishers Congress 2026 taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a special generational moment for one of the prominent academic publishing firms of India.

Pallavi Ghosh, who has been working as a Brand Strategist with PHI Learning for the last four years, has done her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Arts in Contemporary Literature, Culture and Theory from King’s College London. She is responsible for handling branding, marketing, digital strategy and communications of the firm.

Aditi Ghosh has been working with the firm as an Operations Coordinator for the last two years. She has done her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Amity University.

Chairperson Sagarika Ghosh called it a proud moment to see Pallavi and Aditi represent the next generation on an international platform, adding that they bring fresh ideas, strong academic foundations and commitment to excellence. She said Indian publishing needs young professionals who can preserve the legacy of books while embracing future opportunities.
