PHD Media has appointed Vinita Shrivastav as vice president – business planning, placing her in charge of the agency’s Marico business. In her new role, Shrivastav will lead Marico’s business planning and strategy. She will focus on driving growth, improving planning processes and delivering integrated media solutions that support the brand’s business goals. PHD Media said the move reflects its focus on building strong, future-ready brand partnerships.
Shrivastav brings more than 17 years of experience across media planning, brand strategy, research, and business leadership. She started her career at TAM Media, where she developed a strong base in media research and analysis. She later moved into senior roles at leading broadcast networks, including Reliance and Zee, where she gained wide industry exposure.
She went on to join Mindshare, working with the core strategy team, and later led the marketing vertical at IN10 Media. Most recently, she handled the L’Oréal account at Wavemaker, where she led integrated media and brand-building work across markets.
At PHD Media, Shrivastav will work closely with teams from both the agency and Marico to build clear, scalable brand strategies. Her role will also involve bringing new ideas and sharper planning approaches to support the brand in a competitive market.
